Jeremy came out and gave us a quote on our fencing needs. He was on time and very helpful and informative as to what we wanted. We had received 2 other quotes (1 was substantially lower) but choose CNI Fence because of Jeremy's personalized attention to our needs.
When it came time to do the job, much sooner than I thought it would be done, which was fine by us, Brian was very easy to communicate with. As I had concerns and numerous questions about the installation, he returned my calls very quickly, and was able to put me at ease with my concerns, addressing them with complete confidence and knowledge of his expertise.
On the day of the install, Brian was on site to direct his crew, and went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right, and as I was tied up at work, he even went to the village and picked up the permit for me!
The 2 gentlemen he had on the job were very polite and trust worthy, and I was comfortable with them working on my property while I had to leave for work. They did an assume job, much to our satisfaction, exactly how i wanted the fence done, showing superb workmanship by the finished product.
I have had numerous compliments from our new neighbors on the fence, and will recommend Jeremy, Brian, and CNI Fence to my family and friends with out hesitation.

P.S. Their warranty on material and workmanship by far exceded all the other companies I received quotes from, although I don't think I will need it!

“When we moved to the Elburn area in 1999, Northern Illinois Fence installed a combination of privacy wood fence and chain link fence in our backyard. Approaching 20 years now, I wanted the wood replaced with chain link and adjustments made in places to the existing chain link fence. I called and a rep was at our home the next day to assess what we needed and got me a quote quickly. We liked the price and based upon good results with the company in 1999, we went ahead and yesterday, a week later, everything was completed. “Very good experience. Discussed ideas with superintendent and he helped us decide on best option for our yard. Cost was on par with other quotes, however we felt they were using superior materials and hardware. We received a complete layout of job beforehand and expectations were met or exceeded. Very good craftsmanship and installers were friendly and polite. Follow up visit was wonderful so that any questions could be answered. Excellent fence and complete customer service.
